Designed a GPU orchestration system on AWS/GCP with predictive scaling based on request queue depth — spinning up A100 instances in under 90 seconds and scaling to zero during off-peak hours to minimise infrastructure cost.
Conducted 200+ usability sessions with designers, marketers and casual creators to identify friction points in competing tools. Designed a clean two-panel creation interface that hides model complexity while exposing the parameters that actually matter.
Built shared style libraries, project workspaces, brand colour palettes, generation history, API access and team billing — enabling creative agencies to use Imagine.art as a core production tool rather than a personal toy.
