The Challenge

Kore.ai's existing architecture was built for single-turn conversational bots and couldn't support the emerging demand for multi-step autonomous agents. Large enterprise clients needed AI that could call APIs, spawn sub-agents, maintain long context across sessions and handle complex decision trees β€” capabilities the platform wasn't designed to deliver.
